Our Beliefs

We trust in God’s promise

As members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, we trust in God’s promise in the gospel and know that we exist to spread this gospel word to all. 

We allow the spirit to work between us.

We believe that God works through the community, and take it upon ourselves to be the hands, feet and heart of Jesus Christ for those in need. We know that if we allow the spirit to work between us, God and our neighbors, we can share God’s grace and love with all people. 

As our Mission states – “Our Savior’s is called by the Holy Spirit to share the Gospel through Word and Sacrament and to serve those in need.” Our congregation has many energetic volunteers as well as very generous and so willing to give to others. We work hard at being the hands, feet and heart of God’s work.
